Migrate Order-Taking functionality to be more intuitive and appealing – reduce efforts in end-user training and facilitating easy product selection. XSales® SFA order-taking functionality has been enhanced, featuring a new UI/UX design that is more intuitive, including product images. The current functionality will be maintained in parallel for a period to ensure a smooth migration, after which it will be deprecated.

Allow online validation of an order against an existing Purchase Order – avoid orders that exceed the referenced Purchase Order balance. The XSales® SFA continues to include online validations for critical functionalities that, by nature, require centralized control and enforcement. In this case, the orders that reference a Purchase Order are placed to avoid the placement of orders over the limit of the Purchase Order.

Replace Order to be delivered functionality to support the delivery use case better – provide more information about all stops in a delivery use case. The XSales® SFA orders-to-deliver functionality has been significantly improved, providing a comprehensive view of orders per stop and status, including map visualization and geolocation of generic customer orders.

Attach audio, photos, or voice notes to new customers and surveys – complement transactions with additional forms of communication. XSales® SFA Mobile includes the option to attach audio, photos, or voice notes to many of its transactions, providing more descriptive information when the business scenario requires it. This time, we are releasing this functionality in new customer creation and surveys, which allows us to send additional file types with the transaction, complementing any particular situation or exception associated with that transaction.

Establish a maximum amount for returns in bad condition – tighten control over returns. Limit the return in bad condition by establishing a maximum daily amount for the route.

Improve accumulated promotions, those triggered by accumulated sales during a period – expand and enhance Accumulated Promotions functionality. This functionality was initially released in 4Q 2024 and has been improved in this quarter to enhance the upload process, include prorated scalability similar to traditional promotions, and consider customer reassignment to a different route during the promotion period.

Warn users with mobile devices that do not meet the minimum requirements – avoid risking the operation by using non-compliant hardware. For XSales® Mobility, it is essential to ensure the compliance of the mobile device on which every release will run, to guarantee the optimal operation and reliability of the platform for our clients.

Improve the visit list – be more intuitive and precise. Multiple improvements were released to enhance the efficiency and precision of geofencing, including the ability to identify visited customers and block sales for those outside the designated range.

Limit route configuration per mobile device – more control. In most production cases, the mobile device assignment is one per route. With this new feature, installations will be able to enforce that assignment.

Limit the units of measure available for Sale according to the Sales Branch – reduce the risk of taking orders with incorrect units of measure selection. The additional validation can be configured to facilitate and avoid the selection of units of measure that are not available for that Branch.

Enhance the functionality of the minimum sales quantity – more flexibility. Two significant updates were introduced to this functionality: one to allow the configuration of the minimum sales quantity by multiple products (Product Classes) and the other to allow the configuration of the minimum sales quantity in alternate units of measure, to provide more flexibility and cover more use cases when this minimum cannot be established for the base unit of measure.

Calculate prompt payment according to the payment method and currency – more flexibility and control. Implement the use of prompt payment discounts during accounts receivable collection, taking into account the payment method and currency. This feature will support strategies to incentivize payments in particular payment methods and currencies.

Improve Single Sign-On (SSO) with Okta – centralize authentication and reduce password-related security risks. This functionality was initially released in 3Q 2024 and has now been enhanced to redirect users to the Okta service instead of using the XSales® mobile apps. This authentication method will bring our Clients multiple benefits, mainly bolstering security, reducing wasted costs and time for the IT team, and offering end-users a frictionless login experience and seamless access to all applications. This functionality requires the availability of the Okta service, which must already be implemented in the Client.

Armor tax E-Invoicing by adding operational validations – avoid omission of steps. The Tax E-Invoicing framework, localized for multiple countries, was released in 3Q 2024 and is continuously improved. This time, additional validations have been introduced to prevent operational issues and ensure data consistency.

Receive company stock during route execution without the Sales Representative’s intervention – making the company’s reaction to business scenarios easier. This new use case is added to our new unattended synchronization engine, which enables the data to be transferred to and from XSales® SFA Mobile without the Sales Rep’s intervention. The use case is intended for Presale, where the company’s stock serves as a reference for fulfilling pre-orders. This functionality requires Internet access to transfer the data, and each use case has a set of premises for implementation.

Apply global taxes to groups of products – a more flexible tax application. XSales® SFA Mobile, in addition to the specific taxes per product, now supports global taxes that are applied to a particular group of products.

Control truck load approval by user ID – increased control. The Truck Load approval now can be done in two steps: one by the Driver who inspects the truck stock, approves the truck load with no differences or marks the products with differences, the other by the Auditor who, after logging into the app, validates the differences, writes comments for each difference, and approves the truck load.

Request the reason for the bad condition of every product at Check-In – this will improve product allocation and workflow. Now, XSales® SFA Mobile can be configured to require a reason for each returned product in a bad condition during the check-in process. This feature will provide more information about the return, allowing for a better allocation and workflow of the items.

Update commercial assets with the information captured in XSales SFA Mobile – extend the use of XSales SFA stand-alone. The ERP-centric approach of XSales® SFA assumes that the ERP will manage the commercial assets, which is considered a high investment, given the importance of controlling them. This new improvement will enable Commercial Assets management in XSales SFA Console, making it easier for customers who do not have ERP support for this functionality.

Import product pictures in XSales® SFA Console – better user experience. The new UI/UX has been implemented across the applications, utilizing photographs for identification purposes and to enhance the user experience. XSales® SFA Console now includes functionality to upload product pictures one by one or in bulk.

Include functional improvements in XSales® Consumer – better user experience. XSales® Consumer, the store owner (B2B) or Consumer (B2C) app for pre-ordering directly from the manufacturer, has been modified to support multiple open shopping carts, allowing price comparison when more than one Supplier offers the same product, and to support Supplier and Consumer discounts. This new user experience enables users to streamline the ordering process across multiple suppliers, supporting a more informed decision-making process.

Implement technical upgrades – a more secure, stable, and monitored platform. XSales® Mobility has implemented multiple technical improvements, and these enhancements will continue to be rolled out across all our applications. In every single release, users will find improvements with the primary goal of making our platform more secure to protect customers’ data, stable to guarantee its operation, and monitored to enable early reaction.

Improve user interface and user experience – better usability. XSales® Mobility has made this improvement a continuous effort, which has been ongoing for some time and will continue in all our apps. In every single release, the users will find improvements with the primary goal of making our apps more intuitive and less training-dependent by replacing traditional training with self-training.
