XSales® Mobility has initiated SOC 2 Type II certification to enhance its commitment to data security. As a Mobile Sales Execution (MSE) SaaS provider, protecting client data is crucial. The SOC 2 Type II certification, based on the Trust Services Criteria from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), evaluates XSales Mobility’s data security practices against five trust principles: Security, Availability, Processing Integrity, Confidentiality, and Privacy. This certification reflects the company’s proactive approach to safeguarding data and marks a new chapter in its dedication to maintaining client trust and ensuring data protection.

Autogenerate Promotion orders based on XSales® SFA accumulated sales during a period – expand Promotions functionality. In most cases, the Promotion management relied on the ERP. However, the complexity of promotions triggered based on sales over time is not there. In this release, XSales® SFA can be configured to generate promotion orders (free goods) at the end of the Promotional Period for customers who meet the established criteria. The orders are subsequently downloaded to the mobile devices for delivery.

Enable Promotion order delivery notifications and confirmation by the Customers – guarantee the right Promotions destination. After all, big budgets are invested in promotions, and companies are challenged to know the effective use of promotions. Are the free goods going to the right customers? XSales® SFA, working in conjunction with XSales® Consumer, notifies the Customer when the Promotion order is delivered and prompts the Customer to confirm the reception; this confirmation is enabled by using the XSales® Consumer real-time notifications.

Supervise promotion order delivery and track real-time operation. To complete the cycle of Promotion orders based on XSales® SFA accumulated sales during a period, XSales® Maps includes Customer notifications and confirmations in the real-time Transaction Dashboard and the first XSales® Maps report to monitor the lifecycle of these types of promotions, from the creation of the Promotion to the Customer confirmation.

Close the communication gap with your customers – real-time notifications. The XSales® Consumer use in the Customer installed base allows Companies to instantly send notifications, from the most simple to the single-choice + remarks, in which the Customer confirms a single-choice and adds remarks if needed. This type of notification is the new XSales® Consumer functionality that has been released, in addition to the powerful and user-friendly preorder taking already in XSales® Consumer. This initiative will pursue establishing an e-mobile channel with the Customer for better service and a loyalty boost.

Facilitate Survey migration between different SFA installations – standardization and faster configuration. XSales® SFA will include Survey import/export functionality to facilitate Survey configuration for companies that use the same Survey in more than one installation (tenant). Standardizing the Survey configuration between SFA installations will also facilitate answer tabulation.

Embed configuration app in SFA Mobile – reduce SFA Mobile footprint. XSales® SFA Mobile will now include the functionality to configure the connection, reducing the complexity of the mobile device installation.

Improve user interface and user experience – better usability. XSales® Mobility has made this improvement a rolling effort; it has been for a while and will constantly continue in all our apps. In every single release, you will find improvements with the main goal of making our apps more intuitive and less training-dependent by replacing traditional training with self-training while using them. The latest results of this initiative include new SFA Console reports and SFA Mobile functionalities such as visit list, multi-media creation, pre-trip inspection, discounts, and partial synchronization.
