We keep innovating to protect your data

XSales® SFA Mobile has introduced enhancements to improve operational efficiency, security, and user experience. These include more precise customer geolocation through GPS updates on a map, new KPIs to identify customers with no sales during a session, and offline access to exchange rates for uninterrupted operations. The app also now provides detailed End-of-Day reports for rejected deliveries to streamline settlement, improved check-in flexibility for expected returns, and proactive alerts on data flow between SFA and ERP systems. In addition, XSales® Mobility continues to strengthen its security infrastructure and applications in pursuit of SOC 2 Type 2 certification while consistently enhancing the user interface to promote intuitive usage and reduce the need for traditional training.

Making XSales® Mobility infrastructure more secure and monitored to protect Customer’s data.

Stamp customer’s geolocation – more precise customer locations. XSales® SFA Mobile streamlines the customer geolocation process by enabling users to update customer GPS coordinates on a map.

Identify the number of customers who have no sales – more effective sales monitoring. New business logic has been incorporated into XSales® SFA Mobile to calculate and make available the KPI of customers who have not been sold during the working session.

Use the exchange rate offline – noninterrupted operation. The exchange rate between the base and alternative currencies is always available on the XSales® SFA Mobile, ensuring the correct application of business rules even without an Internet connection.

Easy reconciliation of the rejected deliveries – readiness for the settlement at the end of the day. Now, the XSales® SFA Mobile includes a detailed report in the End-of-Day option for all preorders rejected during the working session. This information helps the user identify the completion of deliveries and prepare for the settlement process.

Focus on check-in counting – a more efficient method of counting. The check-in process in XSales® SFA Mobile now offers more flexibility to force the counting of only those products that the warehouse expects back.

Alerts of the Route data flow stage between XSales® SFA and the ERP – proactive support. In XSales® SFA, alerts can be configured to notify the Support Team when a specified percentage of routes are not in the expected stage at a particular time. These alerts will enable the Support Team to take preemptive action and analyze the situation.

Enhance security procedures, policies, and infrastructure – more secure and monitored infrastructure. Multiple changes have been implemented in Software versions and Infrastructure configurations to comply with Penetration Test results. This compliance is part of our initiative to achieve the Type 2 SOC 2 certification.

Implement technical upgrades – more secure and monitored apps. XSales® Mobility has implemented multiple technical improvements since initiating our journey to achieve Type 2 SOC 2 certification, and these enhancements will continue across all our applications. In every single release, the users will find improvements with the primary goal of making our apps more secure and monitored to protect Customer’s data.

Improve user interface and user experience – better usability. XSales® Mobility has made this improvement a continuous effort, which has been ongoing for some time and will continue in all our apps. In every single release, the users will find improvements with the primary goal of making our apps more intuitive and less training-dependent by replacing traditional training with self-training.
