Empower the new customer registration – initiate the customer acquisition process in the field. Even though Master Data governance relies on the ERP in some use cases, the sales rep in the field still needs to sign in a new customer. XSales® SFA mobile now enables the user not only to capture new customer key information, including social media, with additional validations to ensure data consistency, but also to capture multimedia, and even to create an order for the just-created customer.

Empower the supervisor to approved reject transactions in XSales® Maps – fast reaction and operation control. XSales® Maps has been modified to allow Supervisors to approve or reject transactions; this completes the required workflow for specific transactions, giving Supervisors real-time approval authority.

Include functional improvements in XSales® SFA – better user experience. XSales® SFA has been modified to allow the user to manually disable a promotion, experience better performance of the PDF viewer, update XSales® SFA Console customer master data with the latest GPS coordinates coming from the XSales® SFA mobile, make mandatory the multimedia capturing for a payment method, make a sales budget bulk upload and download future price lists.

Include functional improvements in XSales® Consumer – better user experience. XSales® Consumer, the store owner (B2B) or Consumer (B2C) app for pre-ordering directly from the manufacturer, has been modified to improve product ordering and filtering, and to include order totals by UoM.

Improve user interface and user experience – better usability. XSales® Mobility has made this improvement a continuous effort that has been ongoing for some time and will continue across all our apps. In every release, users will find improvements, with the primary goal of making our apps more intuitive and less training-dependent by replacing traditional training with self-training. In the last quarter, the XSales® SFA upgrades focused on new order taking, vehicle pre-trip inspection, customer images, product bar code search, order summary, and empties management.

Implement technical upgrades – a more secure, stable, and monitored platform. XSales® Mobility has made this improvement a continuous effort that has been ongoing for some time and will continue across all our apps. In every release, users will find improvements with the primary goal of making our platform more secure to protect customers’ data, more stable to ensure its operation, and more monitored to enable early response. Most of the efforts during this quarter were dedicated to two-factor authentication, library updates, improved logging, ERP error handling, and ensuring compliance with the latest SOC 2 / Penetration Test best practices.
